I used to manage QuickBooks myself. Not only was I falling behind, but I was worried that I might not be doing things right. I handed most of it over to the ProLedge folks (I kept the invoicing) and it has worked beautifully. I'm now current, my books are clean and it's costing me way less than I was expecting. Once a month, Alexandra, my bookkeeper, is reminding me of the data that I need to give her. No risk of letting things fall through the cracks. She's on top of things and it gives me peace of mind.
