Los Angeles Adventure Boot Camp offers boot camp instruction geared specifically towards women. Our 4 week outdoor program consists of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Los Angeles Adventure Boot Camp's exercise program includes core conditioning, short distance running (less than a mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kickboxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, & more!
