I worked with Prime West for over two years. I was one of the board members who interviewed multiple management companies and voted to hire them. They are honest, genuine, and hard working. Our previous management company lead the board astray. This company cleaned up a very large mess in a building which had multiple problems. I would recommend their services to any medium size condominium association who needs and honest hard working management company more

I highly recommend going through Prime West since they don't push you into anything and are very easy to talk to. My housemates and i found our apt though. Them and couldn't be more pleased. Our realtor it was so nice and helpful. She is still willing to help us when we lock ourselves out of the apt and need to use the phone. The fee is a month's rent which couldn't tell you it's normal or not. but it was worth it!! more

They did a wonderful job finding our family a place to call home last year. They are true professionals and have a real understanding of the market. They provide us with a plethora of information about current inventory and sales data in our desired areas and always made himself available to us for showings . Purchasing a new home can be a stressful time and we're glad that we had these guys on our side to help navigate us thorough the process. Thanks again for all your hard work. more

They understood exactly what I needed/ what I was looking for. Not only that, but they were there every step; taking me to the property, suggesting the safest neighborhoods, working with my budget... I'm lucky enough to have my aunt, a real estate agent, help us in our home hunting and buying process. \r Prime West Have done a fantastic job representing us and looking out for our best interests.
