Prime Lending is a horribly incompetent lender. While trying to purchase my home I was told on several occasions that the loan was ready to close. however, at prime lending that means you need to provide additional paper work. On planet earth ""ready to close"" means that when the lawyers call the lender they are ready to set a closing date.
Their negligence and incompetence ended up costing me money, several thousand dollars. I had to use a contract approved by them who put up three shelves for $2200. Please be warned. All I can do is share my experience. Do not bind your self to a company that will end up costing you money!!!
P.S. The closing took over 6 hours, because prime lending' incompetent lawyer was unable to fax over all the papers for the closing to take place.
