They will Lie and tell you everything you want to hear, just to get you out of the door. After than, you're on your own.
I purchased a brand new 2005 TL, I've had 4 transmissions, 2 navigation systems, 2 cd/stereo units, 2 heat shields, 2 intermediate shafts, several rotors and calipers, 2 rear decks, headlight bulbs, and much much more replaced on the car... And neither Clair where I purchased the car nor Acura want to do anything about it.
After replacing the transmission the first time, they told me that I shouldn't bring my car back to them, and that I should go to a different dealership. That's quality service!! Way to stand behind the cars they sell!!
I highly recommend you don't buy an Acura (at least a TL, from what I've experienced). But if you are going to buy an Acura, definitely AVOID CLAIR ACURA!! Ask around, there's plenty of people who will tell you the same.
