I have been to the location in ft lauderdale and always loved it. I went to this location last night and was violently ill the whole night. I don't know if it was food poisoning but I would not recommend going here anywhere near closing time my guess if they left the coselaw out too long. more

Cheap food, decent drink specials, friendly staff... my server was too busy making our food (isn't that what you hire your kitchen to do?) Overall good experience, you get what you pay for. 50% off happyhour is the best part!!! more

Had a long term stay (3 months) at the Holiday Inn up the street - went here probably 20 times over that time - always Fantastic. One of the servers - I think Mechelle - is actually from Pittsburgh and added to the overall experience. "Almost Famous" sandwiches are always great - and they have the best Pizza in South Florida. more

My boyfriend introduced me to this restaurant as I am new to the area. We have eaten here three times over the last six weeks and the quality of the food has been consistently great. The service is very good as well. I don't understand why the place isn't packed. There are affordable specials every night and the menu is very reasonably priced. I am a picky eater and I wasn't too sure I would find something I wanted to eat on their menu but I have the Italian sausage hoagie a shot and it was excellent!!! It was so good I had it on my second visit. Last night I tried the meatball hoagie and it did not dissapoint. The hoagies are served on bread that is perfectly toasted! We sit at the bar and the barteners are very attentive and welcoming. Can't wait to try their pizza. more

Small portions...Miserable bar staff...Pizza is the best thing on the menu. Freshly prepared with decent crust and ample toppings. Sandwiches are very small and certianly not worth the price tag (unless you enjoy a cole slaw and french fry sandwich). The soup, i believe, is out of a bag or box. The bartenders do NOT want to be there, and it shows! Thursday evenings and Sunday after noon you will get the best service from the bar. Take my word! This is not the Pittsburgh Primanti bros. you would expect, More like pits...burgh. more

First time: ordered take-out pizza. Found friendly staff and OK prices. Their average crust is definitely redeemed by fresh ingredients. Will go again. more

I am a fan of their location on Ft Lauderdale Beach however, 4 of us went here today for lunch. The waitress / bartender who was the server at our table had a horrible attitude. The "Half" of chicken parm sub she servered me was LITERALLY 3" long. It was so bad that the whole table was like daaaamn wtf is that? So, I asked the waitress with the "charming personality" if this was indeed a half of a sandwich and got a snotty "YES" response. I am not kidding it looked like the end of the bread quiznos cuts off their sub roll. It was truely PATHETIC. She also charged me for a refill on ice tea without mentioning it, just grabbed my cup and refilled and charged me another $1.39. These tactics are uncalled for and I will not be back to this location.\r \r While we were there she also snapped at this lil sweet old couple in the booth behind us when they asked politely to order more food..\r \r ridiculous. more

All I eat here is pizza slices not everyday mind you. They are good size with a zesty sauce and sometimes the grease drips down the slice onto your plate. What's not to like? Have it with a beer. Anytime. The best slice in these parts. My reference: Lombardi's on Spring. Take the #6 train. more

I was craving the famous sandwich I saw on the food channel, so I decided to hit Primanti's. What a mistake, I guess they feel they have established the reputation for good sandwiches that they no longer make them. My Pastrami&Cheese was cold and stuffed with cold stale fries. The pizza we ordered was a big sloppy mess, had to eat it with a fork. If u want a great sandwich don't go to Primanti Bros. more

I was really looking forward to coming here because of all the hype about their sandwiches. I was disappointed.\r \r The food here was just ok. I didn't order that sandwich with fries on it. I got the Italian hoagie and fries with cheese and chili. The sandwich was pretty small (the waiter told me it was small) and the fries were....I guess ok. \r \r The restaurant is brand new and it looks it. Lots of flat screen TVs and a nice bar. The structure, I think, was a Shells in a former life. \r \r One thing I didn't like was my server got into an argument with a customer or something...not sure what it was and I really didn't care, but I never like going out and hearing waiters/waitresses arguing with customers or anyone arguing for that fact. Big turn off.\r \r This place is new and needs to work out some kinks. I will try it again in the future. I can't fully recommend this one folks...sorry.. Stay Hungry! more
