Priceless Car & Truck Rental

I couldn't be happier. I flew to Orlando for Labor day, and this company did everything to please me. I got picked up from the airport on time, I got my car fast, and I was out. I picked up my car at 11 am, and my plane wasn't leaving orlando until 7 PM so the manager, Sam, said I could keep it till 5. I was so fortunate and happy to rent from this company. I returned the car, and they dropped me off at the airport. The drivers are so nice, and very amiable. They talk about everything. I almost wanted to chat another 10 minutes to finsih our convo but we were at the aiport. all in all, this is a great rent a car company. I am coming back to orlando, and def Priceless Rent a Car. Im in Orlando, Disney and all the parks hurt my wallet, so why rent from the aiport if i could save money at an agency near disney, and they pick you up? No reson at all, I saved almost $200 on my rental for the 5 days i was there. Thank You Priceless! more

Sam was such a great help, we had a reservation for a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and Budget could not find our reservation! We called around and found Priceless. Sam was able to give us a lot better of a deal on an SUV for a week and also pick us from the airport. When we arrived at the office Sam was very spontanious and gave us a nice Lincoln MKX SUV which was very nice. My wife and i are considering a time share in orlando, and we will definetly be dealing with Priceless again! more

So I was searching for great car rental deals in the Orlando,fl area. Enterprise and Hertz were to expensive and I didnt know what to do. After going on Kayak I found Priceless. The prices seemed to low to be true so I had to call to double check. I called the office and Sam, the owner answered. He gave me a great rate for a week during Christmas time. At that time i forgot about the price but was thankful to find a place that had cars available. Although he didnt have much due to the holidays, I ended up with a new Chevy Traverse. One of the cleanest cars I have rented. Mr. Sam sent his employee and picked me and my family up from the airport, and even thhough our plane was delayed 45 min, i still got picked up right when i walked outside. This company is really good and I mot def will be using it again when I am in town. more

Very Sketchy!!! I was just looking through all the different search sites for a rental and had 4 or 5 searches going simultaneously when Kayak hit on this place. Really did come up at a good price compared to the rest of the searches... so I started to enter my CC info. Right before I pushed enter I saw the number at the bottom and figured why don't I call to see if I can haggle a little. Well, when he picked up it sounded like he was on a cell phone and just hanging out somewhere. He asked me the dates I was there (and where I was staying?) and then said ***over double the price*** than Kayak came quoted. I was quick (and probably lucky to hit the CANCEL BUTTON. more

This is a rental car agency which will allow cash rentals and no background check. They allow debit car payments and drivers under 25. They will work with you to try and meet your needs as a customer. Sam was very nice and helped a lot. more

Located in Davenport, Fl on US HWY 27 Horrible customer service and cars were in horrible condition. Will never do business here again. Car had turned off by itself while it was still running at a red light. Went back to the office to let them know and the owner insisted there was nothing wrong with the car and he had just bought it and that it was just me. He associated with me wanting to change cars as if it had to do with what color the car was and not on how it performed. He then told me he will just give the car to another customer and without checking out the car! more

Just look at all the reviews, all saying the same thing except one comment that was wrote by the owner of this company, complaint to head office as I am as this is only a franchise. Cons: TOO MANY TO MENTION more

Booked a rate over the phone with ""Sam"". When i got to the premises to pick up the car that rate was no longer availible and he wanted to charge me extra $200 for the car. We haggled on price and then they wanted to give me a Chevvy Impala which looked like it had been dragged outta the sea and it had 2 baldy tyres. I then went back to the rental desk after not signing any paperwork and the bloke agreed to let me have a choice of the 3 cars out the front, a G6, scion and a pt cruiser. All seemed to be pretty worn out. I settled for the G6, had terrible steering and the wipers had no rubber left on them. Part of the dashboard was missing as well. They did refund my $200 deposit when i brought the car back but i would never ever rent another car from here again! Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything! more

While in FL on vacation we stopped at the Target in Davenport, our car broke down and had to have it towed. It was late in the afternoon on Friday July 3rd,2009. The only place we could find to get a rental was Priceless. My husband called inquiring about a car and price, when we were quoted a price that was extremely high, my husband questioned it, and when told that we were waiting in the Starbucks at Target the gentleman said that if we could afford Starbucks we could afford his prices--not very professional. We were quoted $60 for one night and $200 for the weekend with another $200 deposit. We ended up booking for the whole weekend since we were not sure when our own car would be fixed, and were told that even if we brought the car back early we would not get any kind of refund. At the time of boooking we had to decide when we would be reurning it, we booked for the weekend since we weren't sure. The gentleman came and picked my husband up from the Starbucks/Target that was down the street from Priceless and I was surprised to see what kind of car it was--an old Mitsubishi Lancer that was filthy and had half the dash ripped up. There was no plug for our GPS, it was completely ripped out of the dash. The car was old, filthy and smelled. We returned it first thing the next morning, but still ended up paying the $200. They knew we were in a bind and took full advantage and gave us a horrible car. I have rented cars many times and have never seen a rental car in such bad condition with such poor customer service. I really enjoyed renting a car from priceless. Although i never heard its name before, as opposed to enterprise, and hertz, I decided to give it a try. When i flew to the airport, they picked me up. Although it felt like a long car ride to the office, it really wasnt. It was close to Disney and the fact is Disney isnt that close to the airport. Anyways, the Manager, Sam, although might come off and be agressive, is very nice and helpful. I thought he was rude at first, but after talking with him I realized he isnt, thats just his personality. He had a lot of cars to choose from. some horrible and some were great. I decided to go big because i dont vaction as much as i would like, so I chose the Lincoln MKX suv. It was just great! The price was also great because he didnt categorize it under the Premium or Luxury suv.! It drove smooth, and i felt high class riding a lincoln in orlando as a vacationer. Once i rented the car, Sam seemed nicer? he waved my extra miles i hav driven and gave let me return it 2 hours since the time of pick up. I will definately be coming back to Orlando and Priceless. If you feel like you must have any business with this company please have Sam and Chris in the same room at the same time, they have very different values and customer ettiquette, agreements made are not honored if one or the other one is not there! regardless of the contract. Sam will have you to come back repeatedly to resolve issues that he feels he doesnt want to deal with you on and ask you to wait for Chris, and still not being resolved because He (Sam) is the Boss! They dont treat their customers as if they want them to return, Patronize this company at you own risk, or you too may be sorry, they will charge you for things you didnt use, like mileage you assumed you were going to use, that you paid for in advance but didnt use but charge you for it anyway!! People need to hear more about what this company does to the consumer. Find you another company in the area, I am so happy that they are not the only company in the area to serve as a rental agency!! Be Blessed in all of you interpersonal business, but dont go to this place!! Remember Sam and Chris, so as you reap, you shall truly sow! Yes, the world is round!
