I had been taking my cars to Prestige for more than 6 years with generally good experiences. My last, however, will keep me away for good. After two repairs, a running tab of $1500, and the initial problem still unresolved, I gave Scott and Prestige one last chance to get it right. When that didn't happen, I took the car to Concours to see if they found anything wrong. I was angry when Concours diagnosed the same thing Prestige had supposedly just fixed, but I was incensed that they discovered a cheap epoxy fix to my oil pan. That means that 1) Prestige damaged my oil pan, 2) covered it up, and 3) didn't bother to mention it to me.\r \r As a ""go to"" guy about cars, I've sent several people to Prestige. I'm embarrassed to have had to tell them to steer clear, because it makes me look like I didn't do my homework. more

After the local Land Rover dealership left the Glendale /Milwaukee area, I switched to Prestige Auto Service for my Range Rover repairs. I have had excellent service. Highly recommended. Have been a longtime customer and wouldn't go anywhere else. Scott and his crew really know what they are doing and only recommend what is actually needed unlike overpriced dealerships. We take our Audi there along with our domestic car. We have referred family and friends as well. Trusted repair facility with many years of experience in imports and domestics, they go the extra mile.
