Building Not Secure 12/20/2009

The main garage door is continually stuck open. This compromises security in the building since, once a person walks into the garage, the doors from the garage into the building do not require a key. When the garage door is stuck open, management fails to have it fixed, sometimes for several days. And it has been left wide open over week ends, summer and winter. This situation has made many renters very upset. more

nice place 1/13/2006

preserve place apartments are surrounded by trees and lakes and is a nice quiet place to live in. you get access to the preserve and thus can enjoy the sand beach and the tennis courts. The only disadvantage is that the rooms are not very spacious and they have a common laundry room more
