Premiere Eye Assoc

We are a three physician ophthalmology, optometry and optical private practice.   Our doctors are Mark Spurrier, M.D., Randall Nacke, M.D., and Bradford Kesler, O.D.   We have been in practice for more than 40 years, moving our Clayton office to Kirkwood in 2010.  Our Crystal City office remains in its same, convenient location.  Dr. Mark Spurrier has been with the practice since 1986, Dr. Bradford Kesler joined in 1998 and Dr. Randall Nacke, a cornea specialist, joined the staff in 2007.  All physicians are board certified. Since Premiere has been in business, there have been significant "sight-saving" advancements in the early detection of diseases, such as cataracts and glaucoma.  Noteworthy developments also include improvement in surgical options, such as premium intraocular lenses after cataract removal, in order to provide all patients the best outcome possible.  About 80% of vision problems worldwide are avoidable and curable.  Nearly 22 Americans aged 40 and older are affected by cataracts.  Our staff finds the most satisfaction in helping patients of all ages to see better.  We take exceptional pride in the high standard of care each patient has come to know and expect.  Our patients often praise the friendly and professional staff, comment on the state-of-the-art equipment used to provide each patient with the most personalized eye exam available, and most of all, the kindness and expertise of our doctors.  They love the beautiful and modern office in its convenient location.
