I hired Premier Appliance Repair to service my dryer over a week ago. The tech came out and made the repair I paid him and found that the dryer still did not work. He came back took the dryer completely apart(the dryer is still in the basement in pieces) and said it had a bad valve. He said he was sorry, that it was his mistake he should have spotted that off the bat,he said that instead of paying for a new valve it would be cheaper to exchange the dryer with one he already had that way he could salvage the parts he purchased (and charged me for). We have called him several times he repeatedly claimed that he was bringing the dryer, he then later said he would just refund our money,neither of those things have happened.
