Great Service and I saw Andre Kirilenko 8/25/2010

I brought in my watch to have the battery replaced. I bought one of their 5 year battery packages a little over a year ago for like $25. Free battery replacements for 5 years. It also included free watch cleanings too. So they changed my battery and cleaned my watch in about 15 minutes. While I was waiting, Andre Kirilenko, Utah Jazz basketball player came in. Very cool! Man is he tall in person. I think he ended up buying a watch that night as well. more

Worst customer service I have ever received 7/7/2008

I had a horrible time with Precision Time at Fashion Place Mall and would hate to have anyone go through the same experiences that I did. I had two clocks repaired at the same time and about 6 months later they both stopped working. It took me nearly 6 months and over 20 phone calls to finally get my money back. Corporate would not return my phone calls and I was getting nowhere! I was determined not to let this company have my money since they had horrible customer service. Their products are decent (I bought a clock years ago), but their service is horrible. And good luck trying to get anything repaired. Please, please, please do not get anything repaired with this company. You will be wasting your time and money. Pros: They are a clock store....other than that, nothing Cons: Everything. Horrible service, don't return phone calls, always talking to a new manager weekly, etc. more

Horrible Customer Service continued (2) 4/7/2008

I walked straight up to the counter and simply said ""I need to see my watch, I'm RKChristo6, the one that's been calling."" She replied with a dumbfounded look and said ""oh, did they get it back today?!"" while reaching out to take the copy of my work ticket from me. I unfolded the ticket, showed it to her and said ""no, but I'm sure YOU can find it.""\r I was ultimately surprised when the manager behind the work bench came dashing over with my watch and envelope in hand. I inspected my watch, proclaimed my dissatisfaction with one sentence (without using profanity might I add, even though I wanted to) and made my leave.\r I also took it upon myself to call the manager on my way back to work and got her to promise me that she would include a note with my job envelope telling the watchmaker whom would work on my watch at the service center to call me immediately when he received my watch.\r Overall, on a scale of 1-10 I would rate my satisfaction with this company at a negative 7.\r I will not purchase anything from this store in the future. They have lost what could have been a loyal life-long customer. Pros: Same as before. Cons: Same as before. more

Horrible Customer Service continued 4/7/2008

I again called the service center, connecting to the operator, and was informed that they had NEVER received my watch.\r I again called the store, and after making some short replies to the questions the person answering asked I demanded to speak with the store manager. I was kept on the line for 3.45 minutes (I timed it) with the sounds of the store in the background as the person held their hand over the mouthpiece as they got their manager's attention.\r Once on the phone the manager informed me that they forgot to write down the date of purchase of my watch which I had previously given them, and that she had asked the sales person whom had originally taken my information to give me a call to receive this bit of information before sending the watch off.\r Obviously I was never called. I have my phone on me 24/7 due to business and have my voicemail activated for those unfortunate times when I cannot answer a call.\r I gave the manager the information needed and curtly asked how long before I would receive my watch back. She informed me that she would expedite the work and I should not expect my time piece back before another 2 weeks had passed.\r Because I have worked in the jewelry business before, and had doubts about wither or not she was lying to me and had actually lost my watch all together (and was therefore buying the store time to locate and repair my piece) I made it a point to drop by the store and see my watch in person before they shipped it off. I did not inform the store that I was going to do this either, as if I had they could have told another lie and said that they had already sent it out before I arrived.\r When I showed up at the store I spoke to the first lady I had ever talked to there (the one whom originally taken my watch from me and done the inspection) whom was also the first woman I spoke to on the phone this particular morning. Horrible Customer Service 4/7/2008

I must say Precision Time does have extravagant pieces in their shop within the Fashion Place mall and their overall knowledge of time pieces is supreme. However, their customer service is beyond lacking.\r I had a watch purchased December 21, 2007 with an extended 5-year warranty.\r This particular watch was worn almost daily by me from that point on until March 13, 2008 when I noticed that the crown of the watch had fallen/broken off.\r Within the next few days I found some time to drop in on the store to have the watch examined and see if they could replace the missing piece in shop. They apologized, but admitted that the watch had to be sent in for it to be worked on. They completed an 11-point inspection of the watch's overall condition, looked up my receipt number and dated of purchase via their computer system (I wasn't the one whom originally made the purchase as it was a gift), had me sign the inspection sheet and put the watch inside an envelope to be shipped of to the service center.\r The woman at the counter informed me that I could call the service center's 1-800 line to inquire about it's status at any point the following week and that the store would call me as soon as it was back in.\r I let a few days go by before calling the service center, leaving a brief and informative message about my watch a long with my telephone number and awaited a call back.\r A week went by with little thought by me as to my watch.\r I finally called again and repeated the same scenario: calling the service center and leaving a message.\r Finally, 20 days after dropping off my watch I called the service center again, and yet again had to leave a message (during their normal business hours might I add). I did not receive a call back.\r I then made it a point to call the store and see if they had received the watch back.\r A store associate kindly informed me that they hadn't yet. Pros: They are located inside a mall where you can view the competition at other jewelry stores. Cons: Customer Service, customer service, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more
