I bought a watch for a Christmas present. Upon opening it, we noticed a chip on the inside of the crystal. When I went to take it back, I was informed that only the manager could refund/return items, so I'd have to come back. When I did, the manager laughed at me and said there was no way he was going to return it. I finally convinced him that I was not trying to trick him and that HE personally sold me the watch and should fix the problem. He finally said he would repair the crystal and said it would be done in two days. After calling every day and getting the run around, I finally got the watch replaced. I was very aggravated that I had to drive to the mall (which I hate) three times and place a phone call every day for seven days to finally get my situation resolved. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. And, when I finally got my watch, it was obvious that another customer was irate at their bad service and poor quality of watches. Do yourself a favor and buy from a department store that actually knows what customer service is all about! BEWARE!!
