The worst in Austin. If you want to waste money call these guys. Rude, pushy, and they will definitely try to oversell you on something you do not need. If you use this company you will spend too much money, it is as simple as that. They are trained to extract as much money out of you as possible. more

My garage door broke as I was about to leave town. It was imperative to get it fixed because my house sitters are disabled and the only way into my house without steps is through the garage. The technician told me he could replace the door that day, that I would be charged half up front and half when the work was complete and that he would install an insulated door for $1200 (not including hauling away my old door). I gave him my credit card info and left him to do the work. When I returned four days later, the garage door was not finished and could not be opened. I called to find out when it would be fixed and was promised it would be completed in the next couple of days. A week went by and still no technician. When I called back, he did not answer his phone. When I called the company, they said they'd fired him because he was shifty. Well, to make a long story shorter, it took them over a month of delays to finally get the missing part. They charged my credit card for the entire amount up front. When I confronted them about their bad business practices, they refused to take their non-functioning door back. I ended up having another company take the non-functioning precision door down and install a new one. I had to contact my credit card company and the attorney general's office to get my money back. I would NEVER EVER CALL such a DISREPUTABLE company for any reason. Steer clear of these guys. Cons: overpriced, did not work, lousy customer service more

Everything below is my OPINION. Pros: Quality parts, quick (1hr to install new parts) Cons: The most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a laborer. Hardcore salesmen, only interested in pushing cost up, only offer 2 expensive solutions when you are pushed for time. more

While I can not complain about the product, I can not write the same regarding their customer service. Not only was the serviceman late, but his sales-pitch was akin to a used-car salesman. I called after 5:30pm and they sent some one over that evening. They replaced my ruined door early the next morning for a very reasonable price and no extra charges for the late service call or next day installation. They turned a big problem into a minor inconvenience. They also took the time to explain how the damage happened and how to prevent future damage.
