I have been trying to purchase a pond filter from this company since May 23, 2008. It is now October 8, 2008. I have paid for the pond filter, it was shipped, damaged in transit and returned to Dec by FedEx and now Dec and Associates refuses to complete the transaction. They have my money and the pond filter and will not answer my calls or e-mails, he will not file a claim with FedEx nor sign a waiver, so I can file a claim with FedEx. FedEx has been great about the whole situation it's David Dec at Dec & Associates that I can't figure out. \r
Pros: can't think of any right now
Cons: won't follow through with our transaction. It's been 5 months.
