OK, so the first time my wife went, she came back wanting to buy a plate. She loved it so much she was driving a hour to get there twice a week! So of course I had to try it out too. I was blown away by how fast I got to muscle failure-we we're doing rather simple exercises that (as a guy who thinks that weights are the answer to getting a good workout) I was thinking ""this is going to be a breeze."" I was SO wrong. Something as simple as lunges were hitting me hard after only like 5 reps! I can't imagine anyone thinking that you are going to get bulked up with this workout, but if you are looking to have an express workout that burns calories and improves muscle tone - I can't think of anything better.
Pros: Get in, get out fast. Will rocks!
Cons: feels like a spa
