Our return policy is like that of most small boutiques, who do not have the option of sending back merchandise to manufacturers (like chain and department stores do) for credit. We have to protect ourselves from frivolous and fraudulant returns, otherwise we would not be able to stay in business. Our policy is clearly posted at checkout and printed on the receipt. Our goal is to ensure clients get the right product each and every time so we offer free samples of everything we carry and testers are available for demonstration. Our loyal clients love us for the quality products we offer, the skill and knowledge of our staff (all professional makeup artists), complimentary gift wrap and local delivery, and expert and attentive service that no other store or makeup counter can provide. I regret when any client has a bad experience, and now that she knows why our policy is necessary, I hope that jennykree will give us another chance.
