Terrible office. Doctors are clueless and their billing staff is totally incompetent. They do not know how to bill inurance correctly and due to their incompetence they are now threatening us with collections agents. They did not file the claim on time even though they were provided with all required information at the time of the appointment. Avoid at all costs. more

Dr. Draper has been the best MD I have ever had in my life. Listens to everything I have to say and cares about his patients. Makes me feel very at ease even with serious issues. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. more

The docs are great, however front desk and other aspects of this practice are atrocious:\r \r - 30 minute hold time while listening to a recording about their address and website, not even elevator music; how is someone at work, or a sick person supposed to endure that? and that is for something as simple as scheduling/rescheduling an appointment.\r \r - they will not mail you blood results after NUMEROUS requests \r \r - why are appts necessary for 3-minute procedures such as blood draws? others accept walk-ins.\r \r - they will only take your pulse by hand (!) and then make up and record your blood pressure (!) from that in their records\r \r - they're unreachable through their website. no feedback/survey forms, etc.\r \r looking for alternatives... more

I have seen Dr Stanwix for the last 16 years. Love her to death. Very compassionate Very caring, always listens, down to earth, always ask how life is going and your family. Not A Dr that is a quick 5 mins and see you and send you out. She is very up beat and good at what she does. Takes the time to explain things.\r Meny of the Girls I work with all see her and have referred others to her.\r A good Dr is hard to find. She is one that will take the time with you and care.\r \r As to the other message on here, You have to remember if you are going for a sinus infection thats what you are being seen for, they only block out time for that, if you have a list of questions on paper than thats something you should have scheduled for. Other wise save them for your anual physical And she will answer them all for you. She is a wonderful DR. I recomend her to anyone. more

I have been going to Dr.Janet Pederson for over 20 years and find her to be a VERY CARING and very interested in myself and my family. I have referred friends and work aquaintences with no hesitation and no one who has gone to see her has ever complained. She always takes time to answer my questions. I was reading the review of the person saying Dr. Pederson said she needed a psych, I have so much faith that I'd say the person didn't relate the whole story and they probably do need the pysch.\r My husband is also dedicated to Dr.Pederson. I have never been there that she does not listen to my concerns and if I remember a question as she starts to leave at the end of a visit, she not only stops but closes the door and comes back and sits down to discuss my question. EVERY TIME. more

Several months ago I made an appointment with Dr. Janet Pederson for my annual check up and pap smear. During my physical the Dr. asked if I have been experiencing any health problems or concerns. I presented a printed list of symptoms I?ve been keeping track of which were in line with a thyroid disorder. My mother was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder several months ago and I realized I was experiencing the same symptoms. \r \r Dr. Pederson took a look at my list and instead of offering help she told me I needed to see a psychiatrist! I was insulted and offended that she did not take my concerns seriously so I asked for a referral for an endocrinologist. She agreed that I had ?something? going on and that a visit with an endocrinologist would be helpful. \r \r During my pap smear we discussed birth control options and I explained that I am not using birth control pills because of the strong side effects I experience and asked about alternative methods. LOVE this practice!! My familly and I have been seeing Dr. Draper for the past 15 years now as well....and he is simply a remarkable Doc. He is not only my doctor, but a friend who cares deeply about your life! \r \r I have not had a SINGLE instance of their office staff acting unaccordinly at all. Not in the 14-15 years that I have been going there. Infact, I have been to other practices whereby you don't see the same doctor twice, and, the attitude is "let's get you in and out!" Not like this at Ponderosa Physicians. I would recommend these docs to anyone I knew who would respect them as well. more

Since I have been an adult I have always been told when you go to the Doctor make sure you write your questions down and bring it with you. I was a patient of Leslie Stanwix for the last 16 years. I was in today to see if I had a sinus infection and all my muscles ached also I had waited 45 minutes total, before she came in to make this short, she said we only have time to check one thing. I told her this was not fair since I waited so long, she flipped out and asked if I wanted to leave, I did then she told me to find a new Primary Care Physician,a person can't be more then 15 minutes late for an appointment or you will have to reschedule. \r \r I have never ever been late, but believe me I have done my share of waiting at that office for the last 16 years. One of my last visits I came in with a list of simple questions and when Dr. Stanwix came in she started crossing things out on my list. \r \r Whatever happened to the Hippocratic oath? more

Up until I started seeing Dr Draper, I don't think I ever saw the same doctor twice. Both myself and my family have been going to PFF for almost 15 years and have never had a problem.\r It is an extremely high volume office, but I have never felt like I had been pushed aside or forgotten. As long as you make your appointment on time, you will not have to sit in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. If you are late, they will make every reasonable effort to get you in or reschedule.\r I have never been denied a same day appointment when I needed it and the staff has always been kind and courteous to me - even when I really did not deserve it. more

my doctor is fantastic and the only reason I still go there. I have had nothing but trouble with the office staff, every time I have called for over 5 years. I have considering that its just not worth it hundreds of times. more

I do know that the doctors here are wonderful - at least that has been my experience. However, as long as no one makes a mistake or anything - you will be fine.\r \r But - I had a horrible experience because their office made a mistake. They treated me like it was my fault and made me undergo a lot of unnecessary stress because of it. When I complained to the office manager - there were no apologies for their behavior or the mistake. She admitted that they made the mistake - but never once apologized for how they treated me or how it affected me. Even though I really loved my doctor (Dr. Pederson) I will never step foot in this office ever again. more
