I did not get a receipt when I paid the man (who only accepted cash) and later found out that I needed one to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Called the gentleman for a receipt to be faxed to my office. He told me he was on the road and to call back at 8 AM. I had called every day for a week with no answer. Finally decided to call him from a different # and he answered on the first ring. He got very nasty and belligerent when I asked if he could write down the fax # and send me a receipt at his earliest convenience. I didn't think it was an unreasonable request.
Now a week later I call him again and he said that ""if I call him again about this receipt we're going to have a problem!"" So then I have my claims rep contact him and he told her ""I have better things to do than fax you a receipt"" and he proceeded to hang up on her. Still waiting for receipt!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE......EVER!!!
