I had a confirmed appt from the President, Lotus for April 9th. The painter never showed up. I tried calling Lotus and Joseph and was only able to get their voicemail. I emailed them both several times that day. No one would call or email me back. I kept trying to speak with someone and finally approximately 1.5 months later, I got the BBB involved. Yes I was a Groupon customer but I also had a confirmed appt. for 4/9 at 9am per Lotus, the President. It was extremely poor customer service to NOT respond to a customers voicemails or emails. I had never mentioned getting a refund from Groupon until AFTER they never showed and would not respond. I decided that I wanted the work that I had paid for done and didn't want a refund. So I got the BBB involved. Once I did that and then emailed them again after the BBB had contacted them, I FINALLY got a response. My work did get completed but not until June!. And I had to still be persistent to make sure someone would show up. The guy who did my painting did a great job but the company itself was horrible to work with and communicate with. I'm sorry if they were ""slammed"" by the number of groupons but you don't just not show up to an appointment when there was no indication or communication about cancelling the appointment. And you don't ignore your customers!!
