Point Pizza

i love point pizza so much, great pizza, fast delivery never over 25 minutes to get to the house. although a little over priced (21.30 for a med pizza and about 4 bucks for a can of coke or sprite) but its worth it in the end. the pizza comes hot, and is made fresh, not frozen (i sound like a commercial) if you r in the neighborhood i suggest to stop by if hungry. hope this helps! :D more

I get point pizza delivered to me every week and its always as good as ever the deliveries are fast and the prices are great and the people could not be nicer! All around this place is just great go try it and you'll agree! more

This place is great, all the employees are very nice and their pizza is great and they also have very very good sandwiches I recomend this place to anyone in the area it has a very homey feel the first time I walked in there I felt they were my family everything about this place is great more

Everything about this place is great I've been coming here for twenty years and I'm yet to be dissapointed nice people great food and fair prices what more could you ask for? And the torpedo sandwich they have is the best sandwich I've ever tasted and everyone I know agrees I can't understand how people write bad reviews about this place cause all I've ever gotten is excelence more

point pizza is absolutely amazing. all of the people who work there are genuinely nice and its always the same people working so the more you go in the better you get to know them. the food is great but the prices are a little bit expensive but its well worth it. they make the dough and pizza sauce in the kitchen and its always fresh. the toppings are always fresh as well. almost everything in there is made from scratch the sausage the meatballs everything, and you can taste the difference. if you order delivery its always fast and the food is always still hot, it has the just out of the oven taste. everything about this place is perfect. they also have really good sub sandwiches the best ive had anywhere in LA, the also have pasta and salads they are great as well over all this place is the perfect spot for anyone who is hungry and i the area they make fresh slices and it only takes a few minutes. so if your around go in there and see for yourself more

I called in to see if they deliver to my home which is less than 6 miles away on PCH. They said they'd only deliver if we made worth their while in a tip of at least $15 to the driver and ordered plenty of food. In this economy, I would think that any business is good business, especially when it can mean repeat business, dining in, and word of mouth. By the way, I was going to order salads and 3 pizzas. This is bad business. Pros: Rude! Cons: Customer is not priority more

Alright, I NEVER complain about restaurants, especially Pizza places. I mean it's pizza, right? Whatever... I had a really bad experience with Point Pizza. I ordered some pizzas on the 4th of July and had it delivered to Zuma Beach. Well, it wasn't the most convenient way of delivery for us- meeting the driver on the street. (and still charging us for delivery). Plus, it was a pizza- nothing to RAVE about. But my thing was when I got the charge later on that Monday. I was overcharged tremendously! The person over the phone didn't mention all the ""extra"" charges that came with my order. I hate small mom-and-pop places that have to nickel and dime customers just so they can stay afloat in business. It's one thing to overcharge, but it's another being misleading about the charges. I called them to get an explanation on the charges and the owner was just as misleading as the person over the phone. Needless to say, I paid for some overpriced, mediocre pizzas. more

I seriously cannot imagine the mental state of a person who writes a bad review for this restaraunt because my experience has been the polar opposite. By the way, I am not merely basing my opinion on one or two experiences with them. Rather 100's over the years! I am a Malibu resident and have ordered from Point Pizza dozens upon dozens of times. They are always polite, have quality food, moderate prices and a fast home delivery!\r What I really love about how they make their pizza is the quality of ingredients as well as the flavor! I love the texture and so do my kids. Sometimes infact, my younger son will go in there on a weekday to order pizza by the slice. Whenever he wants an afterschool snack, he goes there. And, at 13 years old, most boys will eat anything, but not mine. He's picky! So, if he loves it, then it must be great!\r I highly recommend this pizza. They have sandwhiches and some salad. I've had the salad and it's very good, but haven't ventured too much into their sandwhiches. If somebody were to have a bad experience with this place, it had to be an isolated incident or perhaps it was the customer's personal perspective or personality. There's just some people that cannot be pleased. They call them ""complainers"". \r that's my two cents worth. Wow, I had a horrible customer service experience with this place. AND their pizza is NOT that good. Bleh. This is what happened. I was teacher at a summer movie-making class at Malibu High and promised the kids pizza at the end of the week. I went to the life guard station to place my order and gave them explicit directions on how to get to my room. An hour goes by. I call them and the rude woman on the phone says her driver couldn't find the room so he came back. I ask to have it delivered again and SHE SAID NO. I explained that I had 12 starving 8-12 year-olds and she didn't care. The driver couldn't find it so tough luck. I asked if he could deliver it to the life guard station and she said no and HUNG UP ON ME! Isn't that insane?! I got one of the life guards to order another pizza and after a few minutes of them convincing this RUDE woman that they had no affiliation with me she decided to take their order. The pizza was delivered to the guard station no problem and the kids got fed 2 hours after I placed my original order. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Please don't give these jerks your business. I wrote to them and filed a complaint and never heard back. The B - B - B had this to say about them, ""We have enough concerns about this company (for example, their offer, customer complaints, advertising, etc.) that we recommend caution in doing business with it."" This pizza could be the best in the world, but sadly, no one knows it. Point Pizza is a hole in the wall pizza place with no seating, but delivers the best pizza my friends and I have ever had--New Yorkers included. You have to get all the toppings (maybe not anchoives or jalepenos), and you have to fork over some cash, but it is worth every penny!
