I had an appointment for furnace maintenance. The tech was supposed to arrive btw 8-12. At 11:40 I called to see if he would be on time & I was told by Barbara that they only had 1 tech and he was too busy to come at all today. I asked why they didn't call to advise me & she said ""I only work here"". I told her that I had to stay home for this appt and that was costing me a couple of hundred dollars in lost income & asked her how they would make up for it. She said she only does what the boss tells her to do. I had done business with them in the past & believed them to be competent. But now they seem to have forgotten the value of their customers. If they can't stand by the appointments they make or care enough to call when delayed, how can I have any faith in their quality of service?
