Our son received good care from Dr. Plunk. The issue was not with the care, but with how little our insurance covered on the visit. Dr. Plunk is not in-net with any insurers, thus even though we have good insurance, we were not given insurance discounts and would end up paying 75% of the bill out of pocket. To add to this, we were misled by his office staff upon booking our first two appointments and were surprised by this when we got our bills. When we approached them with our concerns, we were given the standard answer that there information is clearly posted on their website. When it comes to my family's finances, I will not be misled by this dentist and his semi-fraudulent billing practices. more

Wonderful Dentist! 10/13/2009

Dr. Plunk was recommended to me by a co-worker after I had a not-so-great experience with another dentist on my child's very first visit to the dentist. After taking my child to Dr. Plunk, the difference in dental visits was like night & day! My child has been going to Dr. Plunk for about 8 years and we love him! WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL DENTIST! 11/2/2006

Dr. Plunk is AMAZING! First of all, his office is a haven for my children. His whole staff caters to the needs of my kids and my kids love going to see him! The actual dental room, where Dr. Plunk and his staff work their magic, is a creative, vibrant room with up-to-date equipment and entertainment for the children. If Dr. Plunk worked on adults, I'd choose him to be my dentist. He is just a thoughtful, kind, and sincerely caring dentist that I would recommend to any concerned parent.
