I am not going to say I received bad service from this company because I did not the nurses where nice and polite to me. It is the fact that I received a bill from them after I was told in the office that my insurance would cover everything. Which was very important to me I had actually called the office to make sure that they accepted my insurance before going to the office. I know I am not the only one to have this problem with this office. the fact that my insurance has cover every dental cleaning up till now is really confusing to me so when I called them after I got the bill to speak with someone about the bill I was told the billing employee would call me one time. ""I was on her radar"" the next time I called again. I also called them again today 3 months after my first 2 calls and I am still waiting for the billing person to call me. So if your going to this Dentist be warned they over charge and will make you think your insurance has got you cover until you get that large bill in the mail. If you get billing employee let me know I should be on her radar. more

If we had our choice, we would continue going here. But they don't carry BCBS insurance (employer changed, bummer). PVSmiles said that the BCBS reimbursement rate was to low for them to provide services at the contract rate. The dentists will take time to talk with you. The cleaning technicians are good, fast, and friendly. We have referred several friends to them. Dentistry is not cheap, but quality is worth something. more
