Wonderful space 10/28/2005

The Ohio Theater is a wonderful space for the performing arts. The renovation was highly successful, leaving behind a gleaming gem of Cleveland. The Ohio Theater, along with the State and the Hanna Theaters, engage nationally reknowned plays and state performances, and really add a lot to the quality of performance art in Cleveland. more

World class entertainment 8/20/2005

Playhouse Square Center is an outstanding place to see a show, and there are often great shows playing there. The largest theater complex outside of Broadway, Playhouse Square routinely hosts major shows like The Producers and The Lion King. The theatres and lobbies are all beautiful, and the enclosed walkway from the parking garage is great in the winter. more

Cleveland's Playhouse Square - Entertainment at its best 8/19/2005

You owe it to yourself to go to the Playhouse Square and enjoy one of the many shows that play there. Even the school children have field trips to the Playhouse Square for their cultural taste of Cleveland. They have Broadway Series, Cinema Series, Ballet Series and Discovery Series here. You can take your whole family down here and have a spectacular cultural experience that you'll never forget. more

If you love the theater then this is the place for you. Fantastic Broadway hits...something for everyones taste. They also offer educational events and events. Prices are comparable to other place of the same nature. You can buy ticket packages example the brodway series, the discovery series etc. gift cards are also available. There are various different parking areas. Hotel's and dining are also readily available. more

Eclectic Mix of Performances 7/8/2005

I love Playhouse Square because they offer traditional and non-traditional forms of theater. I've been going since I was a child, seeing plays such as Annie come alive in front of me. Every year around Christmas, my family and I see "A Christmas Carol," one of our favorite holiday movies, now a play. I saw STOMP there, too - an upbeat show where performers create music with garbage cans and matchboxes. They have classics such as The Little Shop of Horrors and Little Women, or lesser-known plays, like Wicked: The Untold Stories of the Wizard of Oz. There are performances at all times, and it's tempting to buy tickets for all of the shows! more
