Plantation Car Wash

My first time using this carwash. The employee that I paid guaranteed a clean car and took my $14. After the wash, I had bugs all over the front, dirt still on the sides, and my wheels hadn't been touched! I went in to complain and she called a manager named Matt. He said I could run it through again if I wanted, but it's a machine and it can only do what it can do. I asked for his name to confirm it was Matt, and he told me it was none of my business!! As a business, don't make promises you can't keep and then be rude to the customer when things don't work out! more

I payed $39.00 for a car wash, when I got home , they had not touched the front bumper on a white car, I had bugs, dirt, I go back from the Town of Liviungston to Denham Springs, this young manger would not correct the problem, he advised that he has four hundred cars that comes through his wash a day, what the machine ( car wash) doesn't clean he doesn't touch, he told me I would have to pay for a hand wash, he advised me he was the owner. If he is the owner, help us all, I will never go back to this business. I don't think an owner would act in this manner. I am 72 years old, not able to pay $39.00 and not get the job done. more

I was disappointed with their "oil change" policies. They charge $31 for a standard oil change and offer a free car wash with it. I normally don't have time to do both in one day & in the past they would give a "rainchIeck" so I could come back and get the car wash when I had time. This week they said "owner's policy" no "rainchecks" on the car wash and said I'd have to come back and pay for the carwash if I didn't have the extra 15 minutes to do it then. I decided against the whole service and told them thanks anyway. The mgr said the owner would call me & he never did. I went down the street to "Take 5 Oil Change" & they did the oil change for $25 in 15 minutes. I still had plenty extra for a car wash & could do it when I had the time. If Plantation had not been so strict on their "raincheck" policies, they would not have a lost a customer to the business down the street. I do like their cleaning services so I gave them 2 stars, but found a new place for oil change. Technically one could get 2 car washes at their convenience for that price difference in the oil change. more

they really do a very good job! i have been please everytime they clean my car. my husband goes there also and he like it also. they are very reasonalbe about prices too. PROS: all CONS: 0 more
