Great Haircuts and Color Everytime! 8/25/2011

I have been going to Planet 21 for many years.I have never been disappointed with the service! Laura cuts my hair.I can always rely on her to tell me what cut would be best for my hair texture.I have very thick hair and have met very few stylist that know how to handle thick hair.Ashley is my colorist.I am constantly changing my color and highlights because I enjoy new looks.Ashley and I are always on the same page and she never lets me down! In whole the salon offers great products and awesome service!Why go anywhere else? more

Absolute Best Stylist/Colorist 8/9/2011

Planet 21 has given me the best haircut and color that I have ever had. Cassie cuts my hair and she does amazing. I have medium/fine hair and she cuts and texturizes it to give me a lot of volume and lift without using a lot of products. She is the first person who has added body to the top of my hair so it doesn't look like I have a mop or rug on top of my head. She also cuts my hair to better compliment my face shape. I would highly recommend her! Caitlyn colors my hair and she always knows the right colors and tones to suit my age and also my complexion. She is able to make me look younger, without it seeming so much like I am trying to appear more youthful. Both of these ladies are masters at their craft and sweet as can be-I would highly recommend both of these ladies to anyone looking to better themselves! more

Great Salon! 8/3/2011

When I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago I tried several hair salons. At one point another salon completely botched my color job. I walked into Planet 21 and asked if anyone could correct the problem. That's when I met Abby. She was able to correct my color and I've been going to her ever since. She does a fantastic job. Kat is my stylist, and she also does a great job. I'm always happy with the services when I leave. I would highly recommend Planet 21 to anyone looking for great service. more

Perfect Cut & Color! 8/1/2011

I've been a client of Planet 21 Salon for almost a year now and I have never been happier with my hair or received as many compliments on it. I have long blonde hair and Caitlyn is my colorist-she does Amazing! Blonde hair is very hard to color but Caitlyn always matches my shade of blonde perfectly to my skin tone at that time of the year. She also does not damage it or strip it of its color or make it brassy like many stylists do with blonde hair. Cassie cuts my hair and she always gives me a cut that makes my hair look fuller and thick. She has never cut too much, which is great! Cassie is also great with providing suggestions on different styles that would look good with my face frame. Both Caitlyn and Cassie are so friendly and easy to talk to-I would recommend them and Planet 21 Salon to anyone in the Charlotte area & beyond! more

Fabulous Salon 7/31/2011

I have been going to Planet 21 for about 7 years. They have very experienced stylists. They are very helpful and honest hairstylists, when trying to come up with a new hairstyle. Char has been cutting my hair for years and she is truly wonderful!!! I love this place! more

I have been going to Planet 21 at the Arboretum for over 10 years. Since I live out of town, I have occasionally tried to find something comparable closer to home. But I have yet to find a staff that is as well-trained and knowledgable. \r \r These people KNOW HAIR!! I have curly hair, and it can be challenging to cut. Bart is wonderful - a true artist! \r \r I highly recommend Planet 21. You will love it!! more

Awesome Salon 7/18/2011

I love Planet 21 at the Arboretum! I feel like a celebrity every time I walk out of there. Cassie does a great cut and Abby does fabulous highlights.\r \r Another thing I love about the salon is they are so accommodating, this is so helpful! Especially when you have two young kids at home.\r \r Overall Planet 21 experience is wonderful! Cassie and Abby are the best. I feel like a million bucks everytime I walk out of there. Very nice salon 7/15/2011

Cassie cuts my hair here & always does a great job. I am always asked where I get my hair cut at. Very nice & salon with ice cold orange water in the lobby area and cold drinks to have in the back. I have been going to Planet 21 for 4 years & I am always pleased with the results. V Warwick more

Color and Haircut Complients! 7/13/2011

I have been having Crystal (at the providence location) color my hair for over 4 years now and I still get soooooooo many compliments on my hair. She always does a fantastic job and makes me look natural, classy and up to date. :)\r I've also never had a haircut there that I did not like. I always come out very happy! Well worth the money! more

For a salon that listens to you 7/12/2011

Have been going to Planet 21 for years for cut and color. Service is great, Laura does fantastic haircuts...the kind that when you leave the salon, people stop you in the street and ask where you get your hair done. And its not that I have that sort of thick lustrous hair that looks great no-matter what....my hair is very fine and requires an expert cut before it looks presentable. I get all that and more at Planet 21 more

I love Planet 21! I have been going there ever since I moved to Charlotte. I use to work at Southpark mall when I first came to Charlotte. I asked everyone I saw with a great cut or color where they got their hair done. They either worked at Planet 21 or went there. I see Ashley for my color and Cassie for my cuts! :) more

I have been in Charlotte for 6 years and have tried various places that people referred. This past year as I was still unhappy and not found a regular place to get my hair done, I walked in to Planet 21 and made the first available appointment. To my satisfaction both my haircut and color were absolutely amazing and I was extremely pleased with the outcome and now will not go anywhere else to get my hair done! Thanks ladies!!! more

GREAT Salon! 7/5/2011

Lee Ann is great! I started with her over 15 years ago and wouldn't think of going anywhere else although I have moved twice. She's always so friendly and has become a friend as well as my stylist. At each visit, she listens to what I want and offers suggestions. Sometimes it's just subtle changes that make a difference and she asks at the next visit how it worked for me. With all the heads of hair she works with, it's hard to believe she remembers me and mine! Great attitude toward her clients. It's such a pleasant experience to visit her. more

Best Salon! 6/29/2011

I have lived in the Charlotte area for 5 years and I have been to at least 6 salons, all which have left me frustrated! My problems were solved when I met Stephanie at Planet 21! I have not had such natural looking color since I started highlighting my hair 20 years ago. She is always happy and really seems to love what she does. I get so many compliments on my hair and always make it to my next appointment without feeling like I have black roots. She truly has a talent for coloring hair and she always styles it great! The salon is fun to go to and all the clients that come in have amazing styles! This salon is for everyone at any age! If you want to feel fabulous and look fabulous, call Planet 21! more

I love Planet 21 at the Arboretum! I have an exceptional experience each time I'm in! Cassi has always given me a terrific haircut. She is never seems rushed, and always takes her time to get the perfect cut. She makes me feel like I am the only client she has all day! Ashley always does a wonderful job with color! I have loved my color each time I've been in to her. I am always getting compliments on my haircut and color after being at Planet 21! It is so nice to have a salon that I can count on to consistently provide super service! more
