There were seven of us waiting past the 11 AM opening time, sharing/complaining how several of us were using our lunch breaks early to be here and they weren't open.It was a mature group, age-wise, in that folks seemed in the 40 to upper 60s range.
About 11:10 the guy in his late 20s/early 30s who turns out to have the store keys pulls up in his BMW. He sees us, offers no ""Sorry"" or attempt to explain keeping us all waiting. As he walks silently past our group to the door I smile and say to him, ""Hell of a way to run a business."" He looks at me, raises his voice and says ""You don't have to be a Jack Ass! You can take your business someplace else!"" I just looked at him and said ""You know, you're right."" and walked away. The other people there were all witness to what I've written. And there is a new R/C store in Oakey behind King Arthurs Toys.
