This restaurant is rather expensive. When I eat out, I like to have chicken fried steak which would have cost me $10- which I might pay if I were at Whiskey Creek. We only went for breakfast and our bill was around $25. I ordered apple juice which came in about a 2 oz. glass for $1.50. The service was good and the food tasted fine, but if you are looking for somewhere more economical, please search elsewhere!! more

Would not recommend 5/1/2010

Pioneer Village is over priced. The service is hit or miss. They change management frequently, and the quality of the food depends heavily on whom is running the place. Right now, I would not recommend eating there. They have cut back portion sizes, while raising their prices. more

Good sit down eating 8/18/2005

Pioneer Village Restaurant is located on the Pioneer Village / Harold Warp Museum property next to the Pioneer Village Motel. They have a wonderful Sunday special lunch that is usually buffet style including a main meat such as prime rib and adding to it a variety of salads, desserts and veggies. They also have other meats such of country fried chicken and fish. The facilities are such that family reunions and large groups can have meetings and meals at the same time in their private dining area. It is a family friendly restaurant. They boast home made mashed potatoes and pie. Worth the stop after a long day at Pioneer Village Museum and on your way to your motel room. more
