I had the worst customer experience I have ever received in the United States of America (which thrives in great costumer service) and the world.
For the first time in my life, I have been yelled at and told to leave a store (more than once) for wanting to return a dress.
Today, 4th of January 2014 I went to the store to return my dress. I am aware that the policy is returns for store credit. I tried to talk with the manager Meaghan (who was with a bad attitude from the beginning) to see if she could do something about this rare situation (cancelled event due to a severe storm in the northeastern) and she directly screamed at me. She became crazy, overreacting saying that she has personal problems and that is why she was screaming and being SO RUDE!
Meaghan should not take her personal problems to her work and take it out on her customers. She even told me that she was going to call the police because of HARASSMENT, and you can review the security videos.
The other employee had to walk away embarrassed of her manager and had treated us before that with complete professionalism.
Now I have a store credit of 200 dollars with a store that I do not want to go back because of Meaghan.
During the whole conversation Meaghan was confirming to me that she was treating me bad and yelling because of her personal situation.
I am very disappointed with the store, I feel very bad as if I had done something wrong.
The problem now is not having my money but the HORRIBLE experience I have had with the store, and I think Meaghan has an attitude problem and should not be working as a manager in your store. She shows a bad example to your employees.
