All the MDs here try hard to provide quality care. Being a "" Doc in the Box "" Strip mall practice, they are limited in diagnostic tools, tests, and options available to them. However, Dr. Bichon and other MDs are concerned that their patients receive correct diagnoses and therefore are open to using the tools that they do have at their disposal or else refer out to specialists. We have used some of the MDs for 20 years. It is important for MDs to remember that a bedside manner may make or break a relationship between an MD and patient,. However, some MDs are better in practice skills other than interpersonal communication. Dr. Bichon has an excellent bedside manner, and other MDs have their own personal beneficial attributes, such as scientific expertise. As a whole, it is a good jumping off point for treatment, and a very good thing to have close to your residence. All of the MDs can be reasonable, but some are less consistent. I will continue to patronise the practice, and hope that I catch Dr. Bichon, or else another MD on one of their good days. It would be good not to see the staff sneezing and coughing behind the counter, but such is life. I would recommend them in acute conditions or to receive a diagnosis without having to drive downtown, or even as primary care Docs if there is a good fit between patient and MD. I am revising an earlier review due to careful analysis and objectivity, realising that all MDs are only human, and on the other hand, not all patients are always courteous.
Pros: Dr. Bichon is a great Doc
Cons: All Mds may have off days
