I just had the worst customer service experience at Miller's Ale House Restaurants on Pines. I'm shocked and appalled at the service. I really didn't think that racisim was alive and well in 2012, however the bartender as well as the manager on duty tonight proved me wrong. I\r was ignored, yet watched as the caucasian bartender took time with several caucasian patrons to build a rapport and laugh and joke. Yet he placed some items in a sink directly in front of myself and my companion for the evening, and said nothing. Now i had just returned from the restroom and left an empty martini glass upon my departure..."Would you not think that he would ask upon my return if I wanted another beverage?" He did not. Already I had been disappointed by the fact that my companion had not recieved timely refills on a carbonated beverage. To add insult to injury the bar nor the restaurant was half way filled to capacity. To my suprise once I decided that enough was enough and took action by calling the manager over i was further insulted and treated inapropriately. The manager began by rudely cutting me off and advising me that I'd been speaking for 2 min. He then went on to tell me that he had already overheard me speaking with my companion about the service, yet not once did he come over to find out what was the matter. To end our conversation he proudly proclaimed for everyone to hear that he would take care of the bill which is what i wanted anyways. (WHAT AN ASSUMPTION!) Please do keep in mind our bill was not even $20 more

They are everywhere for a reason...the concept works. Some people are tired of the old Chili's, Bennigans or Friday's concept and want to seem that they are supporting a "local business." \r \r The cool thing is, I didnt't expect much. Granted, i didn't receive much, but it felt good not being at at a Chili's or whatever. The service was really good in its own way...low key, slouching a little, but could relate to the clients (I watched on several tables).\r \r Prices were very reasonable throughout the menu, and the food was better than the prices (minus the onion rings.) Salads are big, so maybe order a lite entre...\r \r Bathrooms, not so great, but service is quick enough to get in and out...not a place I would want to hang out to order another beer from their quite extensive menu, but if it comes down to deciding on which crappy food chain (bar/grill) to patron around this area (Pines) I may even suggest this loud place where when children roll around on the floor, you just may overlook it! more

MIller's is a GREAT place for a quick, cheap lunch. Lunch specials are about $6 and the food is usually pretty good (and quick). more

Great burgers, amazing crab mozzarella apetizer, the rest of the menu looks good too. A very large selection of draft and bottled beer. I would say a must go and all at a really good price!!! more

Fun Place to go! 2/13/2003

Very sports barish. TV's on every wall, pool table, and arcade games. This place is great for a group to go and have a good time after work or when ever. The food is good, not gormet, but good. Very casual and very crowded when ANY major game is on. Get there early if you want a seat for a game, otherwise stand outside and wait for a while. Pros: Group Friendly Cons: Games Nights crowded more
