I have been overcharged and treated like DIRT on the last 3 occasions. The 1st time, we were charged for 4 rounds of cocktails, when we were only served 2.We waited for the 3rd round and it never came. When I tried to bring up the error to the server, she acted like we were trying to get away w/something. I didn't want to look cheap, so I just dropped it and secretly vowed never to return. However, a client asked to get delivery for a meeting. When I ordered I spoke to a woman who could not speak english. After repeating my credit card 5 times, she said ok and just hung up. I called her back to ask the ETA and for a total. She then HUFFED at me and said she had other customers calling and put me on hold. After leaving me on hold another 5minutes, she came back and had no idea who I was or what I wanted. I finally was told delivery would be around 1hour and 15 minutes. I thought that was crazy, but just thought I would leave well enough alone. 1hour and 45 mins later, when I called to ask where my food was, I was told the delivery driver had just left. 2 h and 20 mins later, we had our food. When he got there, the check had 2 items on the bill we did not order or recieve and an outrageous delivery fee. I called to discuss this with the restaurant before I signed the card and they acted like they did not understand. The next day I looked at my bank account and saw two charges for Pin Kaow. To end a very long story, I was never able to get this resolved. Tonight, I HAD to get it AGAIN. Instead of waiting 2 /2 hours, I decided to pick up. I asked how long it would take and said I was in a rush. She said 10. I sat there for about 15 and then saw a bag come out from the kitchen. Thinking surely she would hand it over it it was mine. Instead she just sat there and counted money for another 10 minutes until I had to say-""that's not our food, is it?"" She didn't even look up and just said ""yeah"". If I wouldn't have already paid I would have just walked out.
