At Pima Community College on Irvington, the instructors are fairly decent. If you have a question, they provide you with different means of reaching them (cell, email, home/work phone, mail). This is a great thing especially if you're taking online classes, a procrastinator, and need to get a hold of your instructor!
The downside to Pima is that the campuses are spread out! I would like to take more classes, but because the classes are so far, I limit my self to what's close to home and what they offer online.
Another downside to Pima, at least at the East campus, is their customer service. Depending on whom you speak with on the phone or in person, the answer varies. If it's crucial that you get the RIGHT information right away, contact the responsible party. Otherwise, you may be getting the wrong information.
