We love wines. Pierces has a great selection of regional and other wines to go with the great food. The Pierce's are fantastic hosts and the atmosphere is very unique. Delicious classic entrees include Chateaubriand and Veal Oscar. Desserts are mostly made in-house and are to die for. We had the choice of kirsch cherries and lemoncello sabayon to add to our tasty bourbon cake. Bar and wine cellar are also classic and cool - nothing ""nouveau"" about this place - to it's credit. Don't miss it when in this part of the New York.
