Good company 10/24/2016

Great staff with lots of movement while working with pierce county. I have a passion for bikes and bicycling and I brought that up during the interview hoping to get on with one of the bike patrols that Pierce County has. Unfortunately i didn't get on immediately but after proving that i was serious about the job and worked hard they decided to put me on a bike patrol and i love it. With this job you will deal with the criminals of the world and generally some pretty bad people but the company is great at providing backup when needed and supplies you with all the tools that you may need for the job. All in all a great company with great supervisors and staff. I plan to be here for awhile. more

Would never work there again. 8/1/2016

This company will hire just about anyone. The training is a joke. One of the project managers was being extremely inappropriate with some of his female guards on one of the main job sites during work hours. This happened over a long period time with multiple guards , the company knew about it and did very little. This in my opinion enabled his behavior. Would never work for this company again and advise female guards to think twice before working there. more
