I have no idea why there are all these horrible reviews. I must say I was extremely hesitant to try it out after reading the horrible things, but because we were told to give it a try by a family friend we gave it a go. The only thing I will agree with is that if you go on the weekends expect to wait, and there is not too many places to sit when you are waiting. We were sat quicker than our expected wait time, which is always great. After eating our first round of crawfish (which I will get to) the place cleared out, this would be around 8pm. Our service was pretty good, but not exceptional at first because it was so busy. Now on to the food! The crawfish bisque was so flavorful and packed full of crawfish. The crab cakes are served in a white wine cream sauce that is to die for. My husband had a dozen oysters on the half shell and he loved them and was surprised that they were not gritty like another sea food place in sugar land. The crawfish was something that my husband and our friends talked about all night. They were so amazingly delicious. I was expecting typical seafood restaurant quality. We expected them to be seasoned but nothing over the top. Boy were we wrong! They had the most wonderful garlic, butter, lemony flavor. I don’t really know how to describe it but they were to die for! We will be coming back to try other items on the menu and of course to eat their yummy crawfish!
And the review below about like baytown seafood better is hysterical. Baytown seafood is garbage and everything is fried and store bought!
