There are several Pictures Plus locations on Oahu and neighboring islands. I go to the store located at "The Mall" at Pearl Harbor. Last Christmas I had a print framed as a gift to my husband. They offered me very reasonable prices for my custom framing order (less than a $100 for a poster-size print). Even though it was well into the Christmas season, my picture was done on time and it turned out beautifully. The service is great and the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The choices at Pictures Plus are endless. One satisfied customer here!
