We left satisfied! 12/26/2008

The tofu pho had lots of veggies and tofu, which was a nice surprise. I wasn't used to getting beef broth, but it seemed healthy and was tasty. My boyfriend rates his fried rice at 3 1/2 stars, not the greatest but edible. He also got the combination chow main and rates that 4 1/2 stars - quite good! He won't order the fried rice again but wants to go back. We didn't care too much for the lychee water - too sweet. Small place, clean and tidy. Service was alright but not great (we hoped to get some regular water but he never came back around). more

Great vegetarian pho 11/26/2006

This place might be a little out of the way for most Seattle residents, but if you're looking for vegetarian pho it is definitely the best I've found. The soup includes more vegetables than I've seen elsewhere and the broth is great. You also get this lychee water with each meal that is fantastic! Pros: good food, nice people, quick service Cons: very small parking lot more

I've searched the Shoreline area for great pho and vietnamese cuisine and have found myself coming back to this place over and over again. If you're looking for vietnamese comfort food look no further. There's always a seat in this house, and I'd like to see them all full. I've had everything on the menu, and the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The ""vegetarian chicken"" options will make a believer out of you. The pork, shrimp and cabbage salad will make you cry with happiness. Being a professional chef, I've found my ""regular spot"". You will not be dissapointed. We just love this place. Cecelia uses only the best ingredients and freshest. The beef in their #V6 is a very nice piece of beef. We don't eat pho any where else. Pros: inexpensive, very friendly more
