Absolutely fantastic. I ordered the seaweed salad, the fresh shrimp and pork salad rolls, avocado salad rolls, seafood pad Thai, and a small rare steak, chicken, and beef ball pho soup. The seaweed salad was fresh and flavorful. The spring rolls had a good protein to noodle ratio and delicious peanut dipping sauce. The pad Thai was pretty good. Ordering from a multi-regional Asian menu rarely lives up to my standards, but it was decent. The pho came with a full quart of broth that gave off a delicious aroma and a large container filled with delicious ingredients. There was lime, jalape?o, fresh Thai basil, and chicory, a whole pocket of bean sprouts, and then the main section was filled with noodles, scallions, shredded chicken, and rare steak sliced thin so it cooks when it hits the broth. You add ingredients to the broth and create your own perfect combo. I would absolutely order from this restaurant again, and I highly suggest giving it a try.
