This is a no-frills Vietnamese place that is great for a quick, cheap, and healthy meal. The best dishes I've had here are the Pho (Beef Soup, #P15, which has onions inside and is served with bay leaves and sprouts) and the Vermicelli bowls (Beef, chicken, or shrimp served with really thin white rice noodles and some fresh veggies). For appetizers the spring rolls are great and come with peanut sauce, or they also have traditional crispy egg rolls. They have Chinese food, but I personally don't like it -- they specialize in Vietnamese so you know they do that best. The desserts are good if you like Asian desserts (the ones with red bean, green bean, or jello), but if you're not into strange desserts I would suggest you pass on dessert.
They have lots of tables so there's never a wait. Your food is usually ready in 5 minutes, definitely not longer than 10 minutes. There are several TVs around and they usually put on either the news or comedy shows. The staff is friendly but doesn't speak much english, so if you're not familiar with Vietnamese food, I would try the two I mentioned above. If you try those and like them, you can try the Spicy Beef Soup which is a little different than the other Beef soup but also delicious.
Also one more thing I would suggest is to try the iced coffee. I am not talking about the Thai Coffee -- that has some milk in it -- but the regular iced coffee that is sometimes described as the "French style." Really good!
Overall, I suggest this place for some cheap, healthy food. There are other locations in the DFW area, so you should check out all of them!
