I had gone to Pho Hoang simply because it was relatively close to my neighborhood rather than driving all the way down to China Town. The food was great, however it's a little inconsistant. My two friends ordered Com Suon, the porkchop dish with rice, and one order was considerably smaller than the other. However, the service was pretty decent. The girl serving us, apparently one who was just working for the family had a bright upbeat attitude and was very helpful when ordering from the menu. My friends had never been to a Pho place before so they were struggling to pronounce the words. She helped them until they had it right. The kitchen worked fast and the food was out in no time. The downsides to this restuarant though, there always seems to be people in and out of the place. I would assume these people were the owners. Another Waitress in the facility confidently displayed her breast like there was nothing else to place my eyes on in the entire place. It was definitely inappropriate attire for a family setting. Her hair was not even tied back and I was glad she was not servicing my table. If you're coming at night time, it's also not uncommon to find an assembly of bicycles from young kids who seemingly go to see the busty waitress while she works. It's a decent place to eat with good food, but I have stopped going there because I have found the Pho Places in or Near China Town have much better service. I would reccomend the long drive to Pho Kim Long if you have the time instead of Pho Hoang. Thier portions fit their prices in comparison to Pho Hoangs portions.
Pros: The employees were a thumbs up, decent service.
Cons: the family seems to be more concerned with their own affairs rather than the customers
