I really don't care if your food is good or bad or that your restaurant is located in a upscale part of town! If your service is rude and unprofessional, you had just ruined my experience at your restaurant and you shouldn't even be in the restaurant business! I'm not going to lie, the food did taste ok mainly because of the loads of MSG in the food. I am a natural born Vietnamese and I know my food well! When the menu said it's asian roasted duck, it better be roasted duck! It turned out tasting like deep fried duck! Having worked at various restaurants while going through school, I can understand a busy night and being tired after working for hours on your feet, but you should never disrespect a customer regardless how tired you are. When I asked for a cup of vietnamese ice tea, the waiter rudely responded in Vietnamese, ""I grew up here in the US, so I don't know what you mean vietnamese ice tea!"" C'mon! Really? You would responded to me in my own language and you don't know what I'm talking about? He rushed us through the ordering and walked away before we can even complete our order! My wife couldn't even order her drink before he walked away! Vietnamese restaurants like this would not survive in cities like Houston, TX or New York City! Good luck on catering to non-Vietnamese! Fix your staff manners and learn how to cook proper Vietnamese food without adding so much MSG, maybe then you will get more customers who really appreciates the true authentic Vietnamese Food.
