Very friendly but WAY out of my price range 9/13/2015

Nice people but paid 50 bucks for a diagnosis only because I just could not see paying 1100 to replace brake pads and rotors. Fortunately I found a chain kwik lube place to complete all four wheels for 500- parts included (Wagener parts at that) more

Good customer service 8/22/2015

I received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. We went there and was waited on promptly and when they finished they explained what wass done and told me what the found wrong with the car. Plus they didn't try to push me into fixing this repairs. They where very friendly. I would recommend coming here. more

excellent service by honest people 7/17/2015

Fortunately for me I found this place when I moved to Texas. They have done several repairs on my car over the last few months. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They truly want to resolve your issues. They are completely upfront about the cost and keep you informed throughout the process. I will continue to go to them and will continue to recommend them to others. more

fast, friendly service. 6/30/2015

Once again, Joe and the guys did an awesome job of changing out the headlight bulbs in our Ford Escape. My husband thought he could do it himself but when it became apparent he couldn't I told him to take it in and let Joe and the guys do it. He took it over in the afternoon and they had it done in like 10 minutes. Always a great job. I always recommend them to everyone, great work in a timely fashion and at a great price! ! more

Great disappointment! 6/23/2015

I was told that my repair job would cost $360. Later, I was called back and told that there had been a mistake and that the actual price was closer to $650. Needless to say, I did not have the repair work done. This is not the way to get customer loyalty. more

Timely service 5/11/2015

I always receive more than i came in for without paying extra charges. I often arrive without a sceduled appointment and leave in a timely manner allowing me to get on withy day. more

Excellent service and Supportive Staff 5/6/2015

Found the problem with my truck, fixed the problem with my truck, and didn't over charge or tack on a bunch of phoney 'immediate' repairs. Would recommend, very helpful staff who know what there doing. more

This was my first time with All Tune and Lube Killeen, and I would go back because I felt like they didn't try to get more money out of me than they could have. They didn't try to cheat me and charge extra because I'm a woman. They took care of us when we took our car in. more

So-So. 3/20/2015

I went All Tune and Lube Killeen and the guy who changed my oil didn't know how to do it, resulting in taking an extra twenty minutes; eventually he did the job and did it well, but still. Clearly, I wouldn't trust that guy again to do anything to my car. On top of that, the costs seemed a little high, so I wouldn't use them again. more
