After waiting two weeks for the appointment, I took my son to see Dr. Philander. When I couldn't find the office in the area it was located, I tried calling. For thirty minutes I got the answering message that they were closed. I finally had to call the answering service to connect me because they never bothered to turn on the phones again after lunch. To top it off, after we get to the office we are informed that they no longer accept our insurance. They 'apologized, but hadn't had time to call everyone with an appt.' Apologies don't cut it when they've shuffled off my son and his health, wasted my afternoon and my gas. I'm taking this doctor to small claims court, and then maybe he can see how it feels.Not only that, but they won't update their address and phone numbers in Google!
