Since buying my latest vehicle I've been using this car wash once a week. 90% of the time there has been a problem. Whether it's the nozzle coming off the hose (reassembling it over and over costs time and more quarters), the automated machice only finishing the wash 40% of the time or the lack of concern from the staff, there seems to be an issue every time I go...Why do I go back you ask? Quite simply they are the only automated car wash in town. The lack of concern from that staff is why this rating went from OK to POOR - they know you have no other choice but to come back & treat you as such.
