Horrible experience !!!! If you LOVE your dog(pet)...then dont take them there!!!! The service is horrible and customer service is so rude. My dog was given back to me with a red rash!!!! I felt like I left it with some amateurs....Seriously worse place worse service overall!!!! Next time I know better and spend some more money and goto petco or petsmart!!!! more

Just had my dog groomed at Pet menu. They charged a professional price for a worse job than I would have done myself. Anyplace possible he is groomed unevenly. I really question if he was even washed! We groom our dog regularly, but never again at Pet Menu. The job they did I wouldn't but a dog biscuit from this store. more

Best store, best prices, best service 4/5/2009

I will never go to the big chain stores again -- you know which ones. They have a smart staff -- especially the owners. Very helpful. I cant believe how many products they fit in the store! Also, they are nice to my dog when I bring him in for grooming. The prices are reasonable -- especially better than the big chain. You'll be happy there. Go see. Pros: personal service, great prices Cons: parking -- go around the block more
