Grooming changed policies and failed to share new requirements at the time that this loyal customer called in for the appointment. After a 45 minute drive I was turned away because I failed to bring in records. Shots were not due, but computer listed incorrect dates. At the time I called in for the appointment I should have been told that I needed to bring in records. While I was understanding about the incident I was shocked that Petsmart ignored the inconvenience of the customer.
