Perry's Steakhouse & Grille - Cinco Ranch/Katy

I've gone many times to Perry's on I-10 and Sunday was my first visit to Perry's at Cinco.........my boss had given me $100 gift card and I went there with my son....our waiter T... was pretty rude, kinda short with us....not the usual Perry service I'm used to.......chef did go out of his way to get my son a hamburger which was much appreciated..... My steak was not medium as I asked (that was so unusual for Perry's) but they quickly took it back and fixed it.....\r \r The Caesar salad was fantastic. My son's hamburger was great.I ate the tips of the thick asparagus stalks and half my steak. I decided to take my 1/2 of steak home for dinner that night and my son noticed that it was being carried away with all the rest of the leftover meal. I paid, left the rest of what was on the card as tip.....almost forgot my leftover steak and the hostess went and got it for me. The steak was on top of the half eaten stalks, it seemed it may have been thrown away and retrieved.....I didn't like the look of it, threw it in the trash on my way to the car.\r \r Guess I'll stick to Perry's on I-10.....for the amount of money paid, you'd think T... would have been nicer. More service oriented...... more

Overrated steakhouse. Generic menu. Overcooked asparagus smothered with butter and sauce, totally killed it. Average steak--I can cook this myself with a $3.99 per lb. ribeye from Randall's. Don't know the difference between chives (described) and green onions (served). Discussion of ""butter"" sauces revealed that the main ingredient is margarine. The place is packed and has a $100 per person check average, proving there is a sucker born every minute. Luby's food in a Ritz Carlton atmosphere. more
