Perry Street Pediatrics: Herbert J Josepher, MD

My son has been going to this practice for 10 Years. I was a former patient of this practice 30 years ago. We see Dr Lurie, but all of the Dr and nurses are excellent. However, the quality of the front office/receptionist Staff has declined over he last 6 months. At our recent appointment when I was signing my son in the receptionist shoves a bill in my face and proceeds to shame me for 10 minutes about the unpaid bill in front of my son. Yes, we did owe he balance, however this should not have been handled in this manner. I have been in collections for 10 years and have always treated customers with dignity and respect, The past due balance could have been discussed over the phone before the appointment, or when we were in he back waiting for he dr. When I go back to pay the balance I will be moving my sons records to another dr. more

Dr. Josepher and staff have cared for our two children since they were born - our oldest soon to be 18 yrs. old! He is an excellent physician and cares for the whole family's well-being. Dr. J and staff go above and beyond! We drive approx. 20 miles to this pediatric practice; it is worth it! more

This is a wonderful office. We see Dr. Lurie and she is fabulous. Everybody in the office is so nice and helpful and friendly. The receptionist knows your name when you walk through the door and knows who you are if you call with questions. They will get you in the same day you call if your child is sick. I highly recommend Perry St. Pediatrics. more

Perry Street Pediatrics is a small town, good feeling doctor's office. We have been seeing Dr. Josepher for nearly 12 years and in that time he has added 2 more doctors to his staff. The office staff and nurses are so friendly and always make the kids and parents feel very welcome and cared for. Dr. Josepher is a caring and knowledgable doctor with a very kind and gentle manner. I have 3 children who LOVE to go to the doctor!!! I really recommend this place. more
